Today is a little holiday for us value investors. Today is the day 2008 Annual Berkshire Hathaway’s Letter becomes available to the public on Berkshire website. I have not taken a look at the report, but its usually around 100 pages long with minor modifications to annual performance, financial statements,etc.
I’m perosnally looking for commentary on the economy and derivatives Berkshire has/had? on their books. One final piece of advice, take your time digesting the material. The online media and blogs will be scanning through the report like crazy to be the first in line to publish material. Take a step back and analyze it at your own pace, I promise the report will be there for some time.
